The holiday home Es Niu, located in Portocolom, offers views of the nearby sea. This 120 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, washing machine, cable and satellite TV, as well as gym equipment.
A cot and a high chair are also available. You have a private outdoor area with garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Enjoy a homemade meal on the terrace while admiring the fantastic sea views. There is one parking space on the property and free street parking.
Pets are allowed on request.
The security system includes 2 cameras at the exterior entrances, connected to the alarm centre, with motion detector active when the property is unoccupied.
Babysitting service is available for an extra fee. Beach and pool towels are provided.

La casa tenia unas vistas excepcionales, muy limpia y la anfitriona muy amable.
Como sugerencia diría si se podría dotar a la casa de alguna silla plegable para llevar a la playa y una nevera portátil para transportar bebidas frías
