The property is located 150 m from the lake. The private outdoor area of this lake-view villa includes a large covered terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a private garden. Distance to artistic sites: Villa Bettoni 1,2 km, 2 min by car. Distance to golf course Golfo Bogliaco: 1,4 km, 3 min by car. Distance to Bogliaco boat harbour with beach: 150 m, 2 min by foot. Distance from the centre of Gargnano: 1,5 km, 4 min by car. Distance from the centre of Toscolano Maderno: 5 km, 5 min by car. On the property there are 3 fenced parking spaces with automatic gate and free private parking on the street. Small pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The swimming pool opens on 1 May and closes on 1 November. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Haben das Haus mit Pool sehr genossen. Die Straße ist sehr eng davor, je kleiner das Auto umso einfacher erreichbar.
