Overlooking the sea, the holiday apartment 'Villa Paradiso' impresses guests with its fantastic views.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (there is an additional external bathroom near the pool) and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a pool table is available for your use. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a jacuzzi, a garden, a children's pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The property boasts an excellent location 1km from the city centre.
Pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and tobacco shops are situated about 300m from the holiday apartment.
The village station is just 2m away. 4 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of €5.00 per pet/night. Youth groups are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to access. Smoking is allowed (inside the building). The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has strict recycling rules.
