The holiday home 'Werner' is located in Neustadt, in Vogtland, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday in nature with your loved ones.
There are dams and bathing opportunities in the immediate vicinity, as well as good hiking and cycling opportunities. The 50 m² property is situated near the forest and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The entrance is reached via two steps over the terrace. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a dryer, a TV and DVD player as well as children's books and toys. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a covered terrace and a barbecue. Sports field and children's playground 200 m away.
Local recreation dam is 3 km away, cross-country ski trail 3 km away.
Bus stop 50 m away.
Good bus and train connections to the next town, Falkenstein, 1.5 km from train station Falkenstein. The Plohn amusement park is 12 km from the holiday home, and the space museum in Morgenröthe is also nearby.
Klingenthal ski jump, Syrau dragon cave, musical instrument museum in Markneukirchen, the Pöhler dam with steamer operation and climbing forest, the miniature golf course in Plauen with children's railway, falconry performances and brine thermal baths in Bad Elster are all nearby. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access and interior. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. 3 bikes are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has strict recycling rules.

Morgens am Anreisetag um 4.30 Uhr per Whatsapp eine Absage bekommen, dass die Unterkunft belegt sei.
Wie sich herausstellte, wurde die Unterkunft stattdessen für eine Familienfeier genutzt.
Eine zugesagte Rückzahlung für den nächsten Tag "Danke, ich mach das morgen, heut haben wir eine Familienfeier...
