With a view of the sea, the charming holiday apartment Capraia in Riotorto is perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair is also available.
The property is located on the first floor with no elevator.
The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and a hammock, that invite you to relax.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from June to September), an outdoor shower and a barbecue, which may only be used with coal and charcoal.
Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car.
