With a view of the sea, the charming holiday apartment Capraia in Riotorto is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The property is located on the first floor with no elevator. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and a hammock, that invite you to relax. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced pool (open from June to September), an outdoor shower and a barbecue, which may only be used with coal and charcoal. Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car. A parking space is available on the property. The property has a step-free interior. Towels are included in the price. Bed linen is included in the price. Smoking is allowed (inside the building).

Spülmaschine hat gefehlt.
Sie brauchen auf jeden Fall ein kleines Bar, damit die Leute zusammen Kaffe trinken oder was kleines essen können.
