Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the charming holiday apartment Cerboli is located in Riotorto.
It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse.
The 75 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.
A high chair is also available.
The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool (open from June to September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The barbecue may only be used with coal and charcoal.
Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car.
A parking space is available on the property.
The property has a step-free interior.
The entrance to the property is on the 2nd floor and the building has no elevator.

Wenn man in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchte, das ist das richtige Platz
Spülmaschine hat gefehlt.
Sie brauchen auf jeden Fall ein kleines Bar, damit die Leute zusammen Kaffe trinken oder was kleines essen können.

Per le prossimi annunci sarebbe bene non indicare sul sito "Vista Mare dall'Appartamento" dato che dall'app Cerboli era vista SS.1 e Lavatrice (condivisa)
