Located in Riotorto, the charming holiday apartment Montecristo offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. It is part of a typical, completely renovated Maremma farmhouse.
The 65 m² property, located on the second floor with no elevator, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool (open from June to September), a barbecue and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The barbecue may only be used with coal and charcoal. Carbonifera beach is 5 minutes away by car. In addition to accommodating 4 adults, the property can host 2 children, who would sleep on a double sofa bed. A parking space is available on the property. The entrance to the property is on the 2nd floor and the building has no elevator. The property has a step-free interior.

Het huis ligt op een heuvel en er waait een zacht briesje. Er is een fijn zwembad en het ligt niet ver van de zee die we vanuit het appartement konden zien.
Er reed, voor ons onverwacht, een trein niet ver van de locatie

Die Lage ist super. Supermärkte, das Meer und die Städte sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Anlage selber ist sehr gepflegt.
Leider sind häufig die Ferienwohnungen so eingerichtet, so dass es meistens an ordentlichen Messern, Besteck oder einer Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Ansonsten war alles da und insgesamt sehr sauber.
