The holiday apartment 'Torgglbauer 2' is located in Meran and overlooks the mountain.
The 35 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a heated pool, a garden, a playground and an outdoor shower.
The pool is available for use from May until mid-October. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. This property has strict recycling rules.
