The holiday apartment 'Torgglbauer 5' is located in Merano/Meran and overlooks the mountain.
The 52 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, a TV as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
A washing machine can be used upon request for an extra charge. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.
The property also has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a heated pool (open from May to mid-October), a garden and an outdoor shower. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. A breakfast service is available upon request. This property has strict recycling rules.
