The country house Villa Tranquila en Pollensa, which is situated in Pollensa, overlooks the nearby mountain.
The 350 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 newly renovated bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.

Veel buitenruimte en het zwembad
Inrichting en faciliteiten zijn sober. Veel apparatuur doet het niet goed of helemaal niet. Als voorbeeld, er staat een broodrooster maar deze doet het niet, staat een wasmachine maar met veel gestuntel deze aan kunnen krijgen (aan/uit knop is eigenlijk kapot), veel verlichting doet het niet. permanent laut bellender Hund nebenan, fließendes Wasser nicht immer verfügbar, Küchenausstattung veraltet und unvollständig, insgesamt sehr abgewohnte Immobilie, Reinigung des Pools funktionierte nicht immer, TT Platte und Billiard nicht funktionsfähig ( wurde auf Wunsch ausgetauscht)
