The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. The apartment also features a private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding vineyards. Casa Vacanze del Borgo is just 150 metres from a renowned local winery and about 3 km from the centre of Montalcino.
Free parking is available on the property (1 parking space) and further parking is possible on the street.

An extra fee for the tourist tax and for pets is to be paid on site in cash.

Felt like we were staying at grandma’s house. Vintage from start to finish. Kitchen could be more organized and better equipped. Nice living space. Beautiful sunrise looking over the olive trees. Ankunftsdatum - 3. April 2024
