Please note that the small pool is closed from September 16, and the large pool is closed from October 15. The property is conveniently located, with the nearest supermarket, bar, and restaurant all within approximately 1.3 km, and the nearest café about 1.4 km away.
The beach, Playa Marina Del Este, is just 1.2 km from the apartment.
The nearest airport is approximately 86.3 km away. A private parking space is available in the garage.
