Villa 'Sul Mare Vista Tramonto' is located in Cornino, just a few steps from the beach.
The property consists of three buildings with a total of 650 m²; the owners live in one of the houses, but all homes are independent.
The 85 m² villa offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, fan, heating, washing machine, TV, books, and toys for children.
A baby cot is also available. You have a private outdoor area with a garden of about 350 m², barbecue, and outdoor shower, ensuring your privacy.
The property also features a private outdoor patio (6m x 6m) and a shared outdoor area with a covered terrace.
There is a large communal garden equipped with hammocks and a reading area.
