Villa "Sul Mare Vista Tramonto" is located in Cornino, just steps from the beach.
The property consists of three independent houses by the sea, covering a total of 3,000 m², with a 200 m² upper terrace overlooking the water.
The owners live in one of the houses, but all units are independent, each with a private garden and spacious outdoor areas.
The 85 m² villa features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to five guests.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, fan, heating, washing machine, TV, books, and children's toys.
A baby cot is also available. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a 3,000 m² garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower, ensuring your privacy.

Very quiet and comfortably. We had everything we needed and what we didnt our host helped immediately. It's a cute little cottage in a great area to explore.

Maison de vacances simple mais bien aménagée. Chambre des parents climatisée, belle terrasse. Paolo, le propriétaire est très accueillant et parle parfaitement le français. Ankunftsdatum - 19. August 2023
