Located in Avola, Casale Siculo holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The 150 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to six guests.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room, heating, video-call-ready Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and satellite TV. Children are welcome, and high chairs are available. The private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower with a sink.
There is also a wood-fired oven outside.
The house is just 50 meters from the cliffs (small harbor), and free beaches can be reached on foot in ten minutes or by car in two minutes.
Viale Sandro Pertini offers seven kilometers of beach, both free and with beach clubs.
Within one kilometer, you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and pharmacies. Two parking spaces are available on the property, plus free street parking.
Pets are allowed, provided you follow specific rules communicated at check-in, such as not letting them inside if they shed hair or may cause other issues.
The property has step-free access and interiors, and wide doors.
The house will be prepared according to the number of booked guests; no additional guests are allowed.
Only guests included in the reservation may stay and use the facilities. The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site.
For long-haired pets that shed, internal cleaning for hair removal is available for an extra fee.

Wir haben uns dort in der einen Woche Sizilien sehr wohl gefühlt. Andere interessante Orte sowie die Küste sind leicht zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Le camere da letto spaziose e tutte con aria condizionata. Spazio esterno molto vivibile, ampio e tranquillo, con varie aree: grande tavolo da pranzo, zone sole/relax e c'è anche la doccia esterna e stendi biancheria. Ben due posti auto. La spiaggia (sia lidi che libera) è a pochi minuti di auto, su...
Per renderlo proprio perfetto si dovrebbe sistemare un po' la chiusura del cancello esterno e avere un tavolo anche all'Interno. Verificare il funzionamento dei rubinetti del bagno (poca pressione o forse incrostazioni di calcare). Le zanzariere alle finestre sarebbero un plus.
