Air-Conditioning The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge.
There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.

Great location, nice villa. beautiful sunsets and a good sized pool. The beach is just across the road and swimming 100m away. Many good restaurants just a short drive away - quiet and remote (you will need a car)!

Had a very relaxing family stay at sunset villa, kids couldnt get enough of the pool, and made lots of trips to adjacent and nearby beaches. The villa is spacious, week equipped, good WiFi, plenty of room outside, and views in all directions. Very happy we chose this villa and would happily stay again
