Services are chargeable. The property is well located and the area can be enjoyed in summer and winter with very mild weather conditions.

It can be a very quiet area from October to May.

But then more crowded from June to September.

Also, flamingos, turtles, and tropical fauna can be spotted in the sea, but only with a bit of luck.

Also, from October to April it is a good fishing area for surfcasting. The property will be available from 2024 after a kitchen renovation.
