Boasting a beautiful view of the sea, the holiday home Rocas del Mar is located in Mijas.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the living room, heating in the living room and kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.
A baby bed and high chair are also available for an extra fee. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of 2 pools, a children's pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a tennis court, is also available for your use. A restaurant is also located here. The property boasts an amazing location in a community just 50 m from the beach with sea views.
It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping, gyms, supermarkets and La Cala de Mijas (2 km away). The house is 12 km from Fuengirola and 14 km from Marbella. A parking space is available on the property. The property has step-free access and interior. 1 small pet is allowed for an extra fee. Alarms and security cameras on the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Beach/pool towels are provided. This property has strict recycling rules.

Rigtig godt hus med en fantastisk udsigt.
Meget sød og hjælpsom vært. Dejlig modtagelse og informationer om stedet.
Efterspurgte et par ting til køkkenet som blevet leveret dagen efter.
Kolde drikkevarer ved ankomst og de mest nødvendige ting var i huset.
Booker gerne igen.
Rengøring kunne være bedre. Særligt vinduesramme med døde insekter og skuffer på badeværelset manglede rengøring.
