The holiday apartment Mi Capricho Beachfront Apt is located in Mijas and overlooks the sea. The 106 m² property consists of a living room (with a blowup bed for 1 person and a sofa bed for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The king-size bed in one of the bedrooms can be made into 2 single beds if needed. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace.
There are glass dividers that can be used to form a separate space on the terrace. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a fenced infinity pool with salt water, a children's pool and an outdoor shower.
There is also a children's playground on the property.
Moreover, clients will be able to enjoy up to 10 km of boardwalk along the coast, accessible from the garden. Playa de Calahonda is located just in front of the apartment. Walking/driving distance to the nearest restaurant, bar, café: 30m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 200m. Within 5 mins walking distance of supermarkets, shops & restaurants. A public bus stop is just in front of the apartment. Close to golf courses and markets, just a short distance from Fuengirola and Marbella. 1 parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage.
Free parking is available on the street. Pets are allowed upon request. The property has both a step-free access and interior. This property has strict recycling rules.

La verdad es todo el conjunto, la situación, frente al mar, con jardín, piscina, aparcamiento privado. El apartamento muy cómodo, bien amueblado, limpio, amplio y muy completo. Los anfitriones atentos y aunque ellos hablan Ingles y yo no tanto nos entendimos perfectamente con instrucciones precisas. Espero tener ocasión para repetir por mas tiempo.
Apuntaría unos pequeños detalles, por si pueden mejorarlo, que no son necesarios, pero se agradecen. Uno es que el jardín la yerba en no muy buen estado, yo intentaría poner en su trozo uno artificial, da menos problemas. Pondría llave en la puerta de entrada del porche al salón, para poder dejar la...
