Casa Primus is a fully renovated ground-floor home offering a comfortable stay.
It features a main double bedroom, a second double bedroom that can be set up as a twin, and a third double bedroom.
The open-plan living area includes a dining table, chairs, TV, and direct access to a spacious veranda for relaxed outdoor meals.
The kitchen is large and equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing lunches and dinners.
The bathroom has a spacious shower. The air conditioning keeps the environment cool and pleasant.
Amenities include a hairdryer, iron, dishes, TV, Wi-Fi, welcome kit, air conditioning, reserved parking, mosquito screens, and free access to the pool.
Two washing machines are available in a shared area.
A baby cot is available for an extra fee. The private outdoor area offers a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool.
The property is excellently located near the sea—beaches are within walking distance, and Otranto’s historic center with shops, bars, and restaurants is just 5 km away.
Beaches and beach clubs are about 1 km from the property and easily reached by car.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen am Pool + Bar. Ausreichend Parkplatzmöglichkeiten und vorbildliche Mülltrennung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge.
WLAN funktioniert nur im Außenbereich nicht in den Wohnräumen. Einfache Ausstattung, es ist alles da was man benötigt, trotzdem renovierungsbedürftig, da sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr hellhörig.
Nicht für Ruhesuchende geeignet.

Die Wohnung hat ein sehr schönes Swimming Pool und alle sind freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Total super die Strand Baia dei Turchi, die zu Fuß (30min) ganz einfach erreichbar ist.
