The holiday home 'Villa Lucia 240m from the sea' in Putzu Idu is ideal for a relaxing vacation.
Spread over two floors, the property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to four people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, and a TV.
If you need a cot, please inform the owner before your arrival so it can be prepared for you. The private outdoor area includes a garden, two balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
The house borders a pond that is home to flamingos during the spring season.
The location is excellent, in a quiet area, and just 240 metres from the beautiful Putzu Idu beach. Nearby, between 150 and 250 metres, you will find bars, restaurants, and minimarkets within walking or driving distance.
The nearest airport is about 118 km away.
Free parking is available on the property (for two cars) and on the street.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed. The property enforces strict waste separation rules: if waste is not disposed of correctly, a penalty may be applied.
