The villa Malvasia 22 is located in Puerto Calero and boasts a beautiful view of the sea.
The 3-storey property is 130m² and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, one of which leads out onto a balcony and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.
The villa can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. A baby cot and a high chair are also available and each article has an extra fee of 25 EUR per stay. The highlight of this accommodation is the private 120m² of outdoor space which includes a big terrace and a balcony. The next café can be reached in 10 minutes on foot (930m). The next supermarket, restaurant, and bar are 3 minutes away by car (1.4km). The beach "Playa Chica" can be reached in 10 minutes by car (5km). The Lanzarote Airport is 15 minutes away by car (14km). Local amenities within 300m distance from the property. Free parking is available on the street as well as private parking on the property. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. There is 24-hour security in the urbanisation. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Beach/pool towels are provided. The swimming pool can be heated without additional charge. The key is to be left in the key box.

Location
Mattress protector required, towels need new replacements,
glass kettle not working,
No place other than fridge to store food.
Was not happy having to dispose of ash tray with 3 large cigars and matches.
TV would benefit english stations instead of spannish and German.
Villa had everything we needed and more.
