With a view of the mountain, the holiday home "Mas Renart" in Mollet de Peralada in Spain's Catalonia region is perfect for a relaxing vacation.
The 900 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 18 people.
The home also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, satellite TV as well as children's books and toys.
On top of that, a pool table is also provided for your enjoyment.
Children are allowed and 3 baby beds and 2 high chairs are also available.
There are also books and toys for children. The home boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower.
The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 945m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 2.78km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.12km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 2.07km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 20.49km Platja Sota del Parador.
Distance to the airport: 64.7km Girona-Costa Brava. Free parking is available on the property and in a garage (uncovered). A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed upon request for an extra fee. The property has step-free access and wide doors. Parties are allowed. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed and additional guests can be accommodated for an extra cost. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. The electricity on this property is generated by solar power. There is laundry service at an extra cost. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage. - Beach/pool towels Payment 3,00 € per person
