The comfortable holiday apartment Löfflerblick A Wollbachspitz is located in Cadipietra/Steinhaus and overlooks the mountains.
The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
Furthermore, a shared wellness area with indoor & outdoor sauna, jacuzzi, Kneipbecken and lawn for sunbathing is available for your use. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a balcony, that invites you to relax and enjoy the view.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden, garden furniture, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Free parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request for an extra fee of €10.00 per pet per night. An elevator is available in the building. 10 bikes are provided. The property has ski, motorbike and bicycle storage. Bread roll and breakfast service from 7.00am. Breakfast buffet from 7.30am to 10.00am for €12.00 per adult, €8.00 per child under 14 years old. Holiday Premium Pass included (free use of all South Tyrolean mobility). The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night. An additional guest (applies after 2 guests) costs €23.00 per person per night.

The apartment is in a nice location, it was clean, and the bed is comfortable. Instructions were pretty clear and the host was responsive. There were a few things lacking though. There were bath towels and wash cloths, but no bath mat for the floor or hand towels. The kitchen had no linens at all, ...
