Located in Salobreña, the villa 'Casa El Pescador' offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a fireplace, air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair and a crib are available upon request. Your private outdoor area includes a pool (open all year), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue.
Hop in your pool for an afternoon of family fun while enjoying the calming views over the sea and the nearby mountains. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 2.46km. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 3.24km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 2.42km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 2.39km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 2.4km Playa La Caletilla. Distance to the airport: 80.6km Málaga Airport. Free parking for 1 car is available in a garage. Pets, events and parties are not allowed. Late check-in is possible upon request (please contact the homeowner for more details). There are some steps to access the property area but the entrance to the property itself is step-free. The final cleaning is included but an additional cleaning can be organized during your stay for an extra cost (optional). Please note that in order to comply with Spanish rental laws (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests of 14 years of age or older will be required to provide identification (passport or identity card) information, home address, contact phone number and email address.

The house was beautiful and ideal for groups of couples. The pool was great and the kitchen had every possible thing you could think of so that cooking was easy. It was a bit hard to get to - you certainly could not walk - which we did not realise, but the views were amazing. There is no dryer but ...
