Bright apartment equipped with every comfort to accommodate 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a furnished terrace that offers a wonderful sea view.
The flat is located in a very convenient position, not far from the port and just 10 minutes walk from the center, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
Possibility of free parking (NOT guaranteed) at 400 meters or for a fee in the car park at 300 meters.
The 77 sqm apartment is located on the fifth and last floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchen equipped with two induction hobs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, moka pot, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven - Living room with sofa and 28 "TV - Bedroom I with queen bed, split AC, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box - Bedroom II with queen bed, split AC and wardrobe - External toilet to the rooms with wc, bidet and shower box - Sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs x4 with umbrella and one sun lounger - Little balcony.
Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pump, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro. In inverno c’è solo l’aria condizionata Bella stanze da letto ma manca nella zona giorno e nella cucina. Abbiamo abbastanza sofferto il freddo, complice anche un weekend più freddo e ventoso della media.

very nice, clean and spacious appartement! the terrace is also a big Highlight! we enjoyed our stay in bari a lot! only Thing missing was a WiFi connection! but otherwise would definately recommend :)

Appartamento in ottima posizione, piano alto, terrazzo ampio e vivibile, 2 grandi camere entrambe col suo bagno, cucina separata. La casa accoglie 4 persone meglio di un hotel.
