Comfortable, quiet and elegant 60sqm apartment on two levels, able to accommodate up to 3 people.
Located in a period building, in the heart of Trastevere, on the ground floor, with an independent entrance on a quiet and safe pedestrian street.
A stone's throw from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere and the Gianicolo Park. The apartment is located within the Restricted Traffic Area and it is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue stripes) or in private garages (about 10/15 mins on foot) The space The internal space is divided as follows: - Ground floor. LIVING AREA: sofa bed, armchair and 55-inch 4K Smart TV, split AC.
Lunch area. KITCHEN: induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, washing machine, toaster, moka coffee maker, American coffee maker, teapot. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer. - First floor. BEDROOM: double bed, armchair, clothes hanger and mirror, split AC. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, electric stove. If you are traveling with small children, pay attention to the staircase Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay Other things to note A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00; - EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00; All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Registration number ATR-003529-7 -From Fiumicino airport you can reach Roma Trastevere by regional train and from here you can reach the apartment by public transportation line 8 to "Trastevere / Bernard De Feltre" stop, 8 minutes away from the apartment . -From Rome Ciampino Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by line 520 to Cinecittà stop and here you can take the Metro to Rome Termini station.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. We enjoyed our stay at the property. The beds are comfortable and the shower is hot which fully appreciated after long days of sightseeing. There is some street noise in the mornings and evenings but it didn’t bother us. The washing machine is a plus—give your clothes about 12 hours to dry!

Location, Location, Location! Walkable to all sites and historic views. One aspect that could be improved is cleanliness and catering. We had one mug but two people and floors weren't immaculate on arrival. We enjoyed our stay overall!
