FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: independent heating, fans, hairdryer, iron, changing table, and high chair.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

La ubicación, la distribución.
El wifi no llega a toda la casa, no hay aire acondicionado, los colchones y cojines muy usados, no funcionan algunos enchufes, el baño muy estrecho pero bien, faltan enseres para más de tres.
Hay ruido de transporte en carro puesto que estamos al lado del mercado central.

Check-in is a complete failure. You receive instructions on where to go and it's a bar, where you have to give someone working behind the bar a code to obtain the key, then walk back 10 minutes to the apartment, where you're greeted with human urine. Once we put our bags in for holding, we go about ...
