The apartment is located a few steps away from Piazza Oberdan, in a lively area full of services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The area is in a good position, halfway between the Artemio Franchi Stadium / Nelson Mandela Forum (ideal for football and concert lovers) and the historic center, easily reachable by public transportation or by walking.
Once in the center, it will be possible to visit all the main attractions of the city comfortably on foot. Among the main attractions, we point out: -Lungarno: 15 minutes on foot; -Nelson Mandela Forum: 20 minutes on foot -Artemio Franchi Stadium: 14 minutes on foot -San Giovanni Cathedral and Baptistery: 25 minutes on foot / 18 minutes by public transportation -Ponte Vecchio: 30 minutes on foot / 20 minutes by public transportation -Uffizi Gallery: 28 minutes on foot / 20 minutes by public transportation -Osteria Restaurant: 450 meters -Bar Oberdan: 230 meters -Carrefour Express (supermarket): 300 meters -From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by T2 Tramway to "Rosselli" stop, from here it is possible to take line 13 to "Mazzini 2" stop, 4 minutes walk away from the property. -From Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach the apartment by line 6 to “Oberdan Campanella” stop, 3 minutes walk away from the property. - If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street or at Palace Garage (7 minutes away on foot) Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in, hand over the keys and show you the apartment.

For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by telephone or by e-mail. IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in as required by Italian law. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00. This property had some issues. 1st with Internet password, Nothing at all in kitchen...not even a tea bag. Drawers in kitchen need to be labeled, Lighting is SO dim everywhere, no night stands with a reading lamp or end tables in livong room, Very noisy upstairs neighbors, no place to put soap or sh...
