The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home. Also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire site.

Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. In the holiday house is still a holiday apartment BAL FON 028 (3 people). The available number of rooms is always the number of persons. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detector.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of August, 2.2 m x 5 m, depth 1.4 m). weather permitting
