The apartment is within the Tanca Piras residence, close to the pool, and features a private courtyard. Spread over two floors, the property includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four guests.
Additional amenities include fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services.
A cot is available on request.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds; bedroom 2 has one double bed. The private outdoor area features a terrace and barbecue.
Guests can also enjoy the shared outdoor area with pool, garden, and outdoor shower.
The pool is open from May 1 to October 15. The shared pool is managed by the Tanca Piras residence: opening hours are set by the residence and may vary monthly, regardless of the accommodation manager.

Die Poolzeiten sind leider sehr eingeschränkt und diese sind vorab bzw. in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Wenn wir das vorher gewusst hätten, hätten wir uns nicht für diese Unterkunft entschieden.
Man durfte nur zu folgenden Zeiten in den Pool: 11:00-13:00 und 15:00-19:00

Wir fanden die Umgebung richtig toll! Es gibt schöne Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustür. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber haben sehr leckeres Wilkommenspaket vorbereitet.
Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß am Pool, der ebenfalls sehr gepflegt war
Das Restaurant ist an den Wochenenden sehr laut und die letzten Gäste verlassen es gegen 2 Uhr nachts, sodass man bei offenem Fenster nicht wirklich schlafen kann. Dazu muss ich sagen, dass die lautesten sind vor allem die Mitarbeiter, die des Restaurants, die nach der Arbeit draußen sitzen und auf die Nachtruhe nicht achten
