The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 140 m² including 25 m² mansard fenced. Height of the fence 2 m (escape-proof for dogs) Thanks to the convenient location, you are within 12 minutes by public transport in the city center. After an eventful day, you can sort your impressions with us in the garden or on the terrace, put your legs up and breathe in the fresh air with the scent of flowers, not the smell of the city center. If the party lasts longer and you don't want to take a taxi early in the morning, you can easily reach the house by night bus! Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (600 m).
