The detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2013, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Vela Luka. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 1300 m). Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with gas stove (3 burners), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.
