VillaSal is located in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), just 250 m from Playa de Las Coloradas, within the Roca Colorada residential area.
The 167 m² property accommodates 6 guests and offers mountain views, partial sea views, and sights of Lobos Island and the Los Ajaches Natural Monument. The villa features a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. • Master bedroom: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and ceiling fan, TV. • Bedroom 2: two single beds, air conditioning, SMART TV, and standing fan. • Bedroom 3: double bed and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is shared and has a shower. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating.
Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV in the living room, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.
Children are welcome; cot available on request. Private outdoor area with jacuzzi, garden, outdoor furniture, covered and open terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
Access to a communal pool for adults and children.
The pool is heated via a solar thermal hose system; there is also a sun deck. Restaurant 85 m, café 139 m, supermarket 512 m, and bar 514 m away.
Las Coloradas Beach 250 m. Playa Mujeres: 4.3 km by car (1.2 km on foot). Playa Papagayo: 5.4 km. Lanzarote Airport: 29.2 km. Parking available on the street and on the property (2 private spaces). No pets or groups of young people allowed.

Walking to the marina
The hot tub
The welcome pack was very generous and welcome.
The host was very helpful when we needed a new hairdryer and recommended restaurants as no guide in the villa.
Pool unable to be used at the weekend
Coaches and cars pulling up and leaving constantly opposite the villa causing constant noise.
Electrics are dated, lots of sockets are loose and hairdryer broke twice.
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen! Es ist wirklich mit ALLEM ausgestattet, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte, insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Und wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber vor. Dazu noch bei der Ankunft Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und Wasser. Zu erwähnen ist noch die gute Lag...
