The villa "Filipa" located in Guia in southern Portugal is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones.
The 150 m² villa consists of a living room (the fireplace cannot be used), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
The villa also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning available only in the bedrooms, a washing machine as well as cable TV.
A billiard table is also available.
Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
In addition, a shared tennis court and a table tennis table are available on the property free of charge for your enjoyment and guests may have 2 tennis rackets and 2 ping pong rackets.
Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 1.05km.
Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 2.85km.
Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 3.12km.
Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 3.03km.

A casa tem tudo o que é essencial para fazer refeições.
Roupas de cama e WC em quantidade suficiente.
Ambiente perfeito, com privacidade e silêncio.
O Wi-Fi funciona em toda a casa.
No primeiro dia a piscina estava com bastante cloro, o que provocou alergia nos meus filhos.
Mas com o passar do tempo melhorou e ficou perfeita.

A casa é térrea e muito bem distribuida. Ficamos juntos sem ficarmos uns em cima dos outros. Tem uma piscina fantástica, snooker e ténis de mesa. Um jardim incrível.
Por ser numa zona menos urbana, as aranhas e abelhas adoram a nossa companhia...

Lovely property, great location for exploring. It is not overlooked and the gated pool gives peace of mind if there are small children staying. Property was clean throughout and easy to park outside.
Only minor point is that it would be useful to have cleaning supplies like washing up liquid/sponges...
