The holiday apartment 'Summer Capital of Europe' is located in a historic building in Baden-Baden, on a quiet and low-traffic street.
The 55 m², modernly furnished apartment is ideal for a relaxing stay and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
It accommodates up to 3 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV.
A washing machine and dryer are available for communal use in the basement at no extra cost. The private outdoor area includes a balcony.
The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the city center and is close to the Festspielhaus, Germany's largest opera and concert hall.
Several shops as well as a bus stop are just a few steps away.
Villa Monte is also close to the forest.
Free parking is available on the street.
