The 45 m² apartment in Villnöss, South Tyrol, accommodates up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room, offering stunning views of the Dolomites.
It features 1 bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, and moka pot. The apartment is step-free, provides high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, a TV with video-on-demand, heating with individual thermostats in each room, a workspace, and mountain views.
Additional amenities include breakfast, high chairs, a baby cot, and some games and books for children. Enjoy your private, covered terrace with direct access from the kitchen, or use the communal open terrace, garden with herb section, and barbecue area.
In winter, benefit from ski-in/ski-out access. You have 1 private garage parking space and 1 shared outdoor parking space.

Events and parties are not permitted.
There is a shared bike and ski storage room for your equipment. A communal sauna for 2 people can be booked exclusively on site for an extra charge.

We hebben in alle rust kunnen genieten van onze skivakantie. Wat echt super was is dat we konden meerijden naar een groter ski-gebied op de dagen dat de host ook die kant op moest. Daarnaast hebben ze ons goede ski-tips gegeven, afgestemd op de weersverwachtingen.

spent a week at Hilber and we had a great time with no issue whatsoever. Check-in/check-out process was seamless. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. The view from our apartment was unbeatable! A special thank you to the host Barbara who is very sweet and helpful.

Die Eigentümer sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten ist prima. Im kleinen Supermarkt im Ort können grundlegende Dinge gekauft werden; für größere Einkäufe muss man etwas weite...
Der Verkehr auf der nahe gelegenen Straße kann, je nach Fahrstil, als störend empfunden werden. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind aber so hervorragend isoliert, dass man bei geschlossenen Fenstern ungestört schlafen kann.
