Villa in Cala D'Or in the South East of Mallorca, Balearic Islands on a Peaceful Location and only 5 Mins Walk To The Beach.
This villa is located in a lovely location in the popular old part of Cala D´or and consists of a main building and annex.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/ shower rooms, three of them in the main building and two in the annex.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout which is ideal in the warm Summer.
The villa has a large pool in well kept secure gardens. Special features are a large roof terrace, and a grand piano in the living room. You can enjoy meals indoors and al fresco with the outside kitchen/BBQ area and large farmhouse table which is undercover and looks onto the pool and gardens.
Next to the pool is a room with WC & shower room. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk to the Cala D'or Beach, in the old Town of Cala D'or . Cala D'or Town centre is 5 mins walk away with walkways full of restaurants and bars.
Not to forget about plenty of shops and other amenities.
The beautiful Cala d´Or Marina is also worthwile paying a visit.
To have a glamps of the beautiful yachts or having a drink or meal in one of the many restaurants overlooking the Marina. Casa Bárbara is a wonderful place for families and friends to spend holidays together in lovely surroundings.
The main thing for us is that you feel comfortable and happy and that you can enjoy a wonderful holiday at Majorca. CHANGE OVER DAY IS STRICTLY SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN SEASON (Subject to availability it may be flexible during April/May/October - please ask)

At de fleste rommene har egne bad, god og romslig hage, fint uteområdet.
Vi bestilte transport og det fungerte veldig bra!
Vi savnet en takvifte på uteområdet...det kom elektrikere og monterte en den dagen vi reiste fra huset:-)
Bilder bør oppdateres da huset er bedre enn bildene viser. Det hadde også vært fint om det var bilder av alle rommene/badene.
