The 48 m² apartment features a living room with a well-equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher—one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.
Please note: the shower is compact and may feel tight for taller guests (over 183 cm). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed for 2. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and admiring the sea view.
Within a 5-minute walk, a partnered 4-star hotel offers bar, restaurant, pool with equipped beach, and gym services, all available for an extra fee. Nearby, you’ll find cafés, bars, and a supermarket just a 7-minute drive away (3.5 km). The sea is 200 m away, and Marinella Beach is 5 minutes by car (1.5 km). Porto Rotondo is an 8-minute drive (4 km). Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, Olbia port, and Golfo Aranci port are about 20 minutes by car (17 km). Free parking is available on the property.
On request, one small pet is allowed.
