The "Blaue Haus" is a charming, listed and lovingly renovated building in the Swiss house style dating back to 1908.
It is situated in a sunny, central location, close to the historic center of Partenkirchen and close to many great hiking trails, cable cars and ski areas.
Modern living in listed architecture - the ideal setting for a successful vacation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The light-flooded apartment offers a very special living atmosphere with its high, spacious rooms and a combination of carefully restored building fabric, new design elements and modern furnishings.
It has been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association.
It has a living room with sofa corner and TV, dining area and a separate kitchen behind a partition wall with good equipment (dishwasher), 2 large bedrooms as well as a small hallway and a bathroom with rain shower and offers space for up to 4 people.
Facilities include a TV with satellite TV, free WLAN and LAN as well as a DVD player.
A storage room for skis or bicycles is available.
There is a communal garden which you are welcome to use.
There is a small beer garden and a bus stop right next to the house.
The nearest supermarket and a bakery are 350 m away.
The train station and the Olympic facilities are a 20-minute walk away (1.6 km), and the city center with its many stores, restaurants and charming architecture can be reached in 2 km.
The nearest cable car is 3.4 km away, and after 12 km you can reach the Zugspitzbahn, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Alps.
A parking lot is available on the property.
Smoking is not permitted in the vacation home.

Nettes Ambiente, schöne Zimmer, lichtdurchflutet.
Betten etwas hart. Direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstrasse - sehr laut.

Loved the natural light coming through lots of windows so you could enjoy the scenery while in the comfort of home. Location was with in walking distance to stores, Christmas Market, hiking trails and ski jump. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
