Located in Siegsdorf, this charming country cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The house features a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom with a double bed, and a very small additional room with a single bed and a small sofa that can be converted into a bed. This extra room is ideal for children but not suitable for adults, and is only accessible through the main bedroom (it is an open passage without a door). The house is best suited for solo travelers, couples, or a family with up to two small children, but not for four adults.
Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot is also available. The property has a private garden with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. As guests, you receive the Chiemgau Card, which gives you access to numerous free highlights such as mountain railways and swimming pool entries. The nearby A8 motorway provides excellent transport connections and makes it easy to explore the area.
Please note that traffic noise is clearly audible outside.
The accommodation is therefore less suitable if you value peace in the garden and do not primarily plan excursions. Free parking and a covered storage area for skis, bikes, and motorcycles are available.
Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted.
Digital check-in is possible between 3 p.m. and midnight, check-out by 10 a.m. The property offers homemade products such as honey.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und nicht überladen. Schlafräume haben viel Stauraum.
Zur Begrüßung gab es Sekt und Snacks. In der Küche gab es 2 verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen inkl. Milchaufschäumer. Verfügbar waren Tee, Kaffees, Gewürze, Essig & Öl, Nudeln Zucker und Mehl.
