Obelisc-5 is located in a building in a quiet street 500 metres from the sea, in a residential neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but very close to the centre of Can Picafort.
There is also a public swimming pool and tennis courts at about 400m. and right next to it a gymnasium. It is part of a group of 5 flats in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, providing at the same time proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several of them. It is a modern and functional flat for 5 people, with a neat, cheerful and summery decoration.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 complete bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with sofa-bed, satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning.
The kitchen is completely refurbished and has all the utensils and appliances to help you with your tasks during your stay, as well as the laundry room. The sunny balcony with outdoor furniture and side sea view is perfect for sunbathing, chatting, reading or taking in the fresh air. At Obelisc-5, you will also have wifi connection and a closed garage with private parking for motorbikes and bicycles. Highly recommended for a fun holiday as a couple, in a group or with the family. The area Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Mallorca.
Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometres of coastline, are of fine, white sand and are equipped with all services, The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, chemists, municipal swimming pool... close to the neighbourhood, so you won't need to travel. From the village you can reach any point of the island.
The Parc Natural de s'Albufera is just a few kilometres away by bicycle, as is the Parc de la finca pública de Son Real (an incomparable natural area full of archaeological sites), which you can reach on foot, by bicycle or on horseback along the coast. A bus line connects Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia, the walled Roman city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital. Flott beliggenhet - rent og ryddig / rolig område og fin terrasse på taket. Super utstyrt kjøkken og bra bad. Hadde vært fint med en aircondition til og vindu på soverom nr 2. Vi sov i stua der det var aircondition. Lett å finne parkering i gata rett på utsiden!

El apartamento estaba bien ubicado, al lado del supermercado y de restaurantes. Estava muy bien y había espacio suficiente para todos los huéspedes. Disponen de aire acondicionado, lavadora y lavavajillas.
El precio no incluye la electricidad, y te cobran tasas turísticas muy elevadas sin previo aviso. Había hormigas en la cocina y salía el agua con muy poca presión, incluso a veces no salía nada. El propietario vive al lado y hay sensación de control en todo momento. A parte de que no se nos había in...
