In the east of the Balearic Island of Mallorca, in Colonia de Sant Pere, you will find this ultra-modern holiday home, which is characterized by its contemporary architecture and ideal location.
The property has on 2 floors a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one of them with an open gallery to the living room) as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby bed, and a high-chair. On the covered outdoor terrace you can have your meals together at the large dining table or relax on the comfortable lounge furniture.
The highlight is the pool area, which is surrounded by a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers.
From the sun terrace on the 1st floor, as well as from the spacious roof terrace, you also have an impressive view of the sea, the mountains and the lush vegetation. Shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are 700 m from the centre and the nearest beach, Playa de Colonia de Sant Pere, is 1 km or a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Any type of event and parties are forbidden. The Ecotax (tourist tax) will be paid upon arrival.
