This three-story house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 12 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. There is also a ping-pong table.
A cot, baby changing table, and high chair are provided. The private outdoor area features an unheated pool, garden, outdoor furniture, partially covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
From here, you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea and mountains. The nearest restaurant is 99 m away.
The closest café is 2.68 km away.
The nearest bar is 99 m away, and the supermarket is 372 m away.
Cala Cocodrilo beach is just 120 m away. Free parking is available on the street, on the property, and in a garage.

Med 35 grader var poolen et stort hit. Den var dejlig ren, og blev tilset og renset i løbet af ugen. Fine terrasser med udsigt over området og vandet.
Ovnen fungerede dårligt - flere af indstillingerne virkede ikke. Bedre senge kunne ønskes - de fleste føltes hårde.

Das Haus ist sehr gross, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber die Lage ist perfekt, der Meerblick traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, es war alles da was man braucht. Die Matratzen könnten teilweise ausgetauscht werden. Der Pool liegt etwas schattig, im Hochsommer bestimmt angenehm...
Sehr gut, sehr ruhig, man kann sich gut entspannen!

Das Haus und die Ausstattung war sehr gut!
W-LAN könnte besser. Man muss auch viel mit Taxi fahren um auch mal touristische Ziele zu erreichen.
