Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment "Luxury Apartment in Los Boliches" is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.
The 55 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls (available for an extra fee), air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
The use of air conditioning has an extra fee calculated according to consumption. The apartment boasts a private balcony where you can chill out with a glass of wine while you overlook the sea.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden, garden furniture and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 43m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 160m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 146m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 40m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 450m Playa de las Gaviotas. Driving distance to airport: 22.80 km Malaga airport. Pets are not allowed. Only guests over the age of 25 can book this property. The property has step-free access and interior. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. An elevator is available in the building.
