The 65m² vacation home is located on Italy's Elba island.
The home consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the other a double bedroom with a single bed with a second bed on a mezzanine and a bathroom), and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
The home also features a television and a washing machine.
Children are allowed.
Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing on the furnished garden or sunning on the closed terrace, both for private use.
The outside area also features a spacious furnished porch with a wonderful view, as well as a private solarium.
The entire property is fenced and the home is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden.
A small private pathway leads to Ferrato beach just a few minutes away.
The home is just a 10 minute (850 m) walk from a restaurant, and just a 10 minute (4 km) drive from a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket.
Marina di Campo Airport is 43 minute (25 km) from the home.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are not available.
Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
