The property was completely restored in 2016 and equipped with quality furniture has three bedrooms, a spacious living room with access to the glazed terrace, kitchen, and bathroom.
Ideal for a relaxing vacation with children.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Possibility of renting a cot and/or high chair (on request). The chalet boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue. All basic services are less than 800 meters from the house.
Located near the center of the town where you can enjoy its gastronomic offer. Located on the Costa Dorada, an area that offers a wide range of recreational activities, including a golf course, the Port Aventura theme park, with attractions such as Circ de Soleil or Ferrari Land.
A magnificent spa & wellness or for the delights of the little ones a water park and Aquopolis dolphinarium. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 647m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 363m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 652m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 818m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 1.4km Platja Cristall. Nearest airport: 32km Reus Airport. Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is not available. Any type of event and parties are forbidden. Loud music or noise is not allowed after 12 pm (according to the municipal ordinance). Groups of young people under 28 are not allowed, they must always come with adults. An electric vehicle charging station is available. Mooi appartement in een rustige omgeving. Wij zijn goed ontvangen door de aardige eigenaren. Auto kun je parkeren achter een afgesloten hek. Prachtige stranden in de directe omgeving. Internet is heel goed. Wij hebben een goede vakantie gehad.
