The apartment "Miraflores" is located in a gated community with 24-hour security in Mijas Costa, southern Spain.
With a partial sea view and plenty of communal pools to enjoy, this place is perfect for a getaway. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 half-baths and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cold and hot air conditioning in the whole flat, a washing machine, and a satellite TV. The communal area of the complex includes two large swimming pools and two children's pools, which are open from the 15th of April until the 15th of October with lifeguards in July & August.
The flat features a private, covered, and furnished terrace. There are plenty of restaurants & shops within a 10 minute walk (max. 670 m) of the apartment as well as banks, supermarkets etc.
The beach ‘Playa Bomba’ is a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk away (650m).
The beach Playa de la Butibamba is reachable within 3 minutes by car of 15 minutes on foot (1.2 km).
The Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is just 25 minutes away by car (33 km). The property has an underground garage available for parking. Pets are not permitted.
