The cozy and chique apartment "Fuchsbau" is situated in a newly constructed building in Baiersbronn near Freudenstadt, perfect to explore the scenic Black Forest.
The 70m² apartment with underfloor heating is modernly furnished and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, dryer (both for a fee in the basement) and a 50" flatscreen television, as well as a baby bed and a highchair.
There is also a bike storage including an e-bike charging station. The apartment features a private covered terrace for guests to start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings. Within 500m - 1km you can reach supermarkets, cafés, a restaurant and the train station.
A bike and e-bike rental is 850m from the apartment.
The Northern Black Forest region offers a host of hiking and cycling possibilities, as well as great views over the landscape - for example from the "Rinkenturm" turret, a 25-minute walk (1.2km) away.
Baiersbronn is also renowned for several Michelin Star restaurants. Parking spaces are available on the property. Step-free access and interior as well as wide doors. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Check-in between 3pm - 9pm; check-out by 10am. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, super ausgestattet und liegt in perfekter Lage für Wanderungen, die vom Haus aus gehen. Auch das Zentrum ist nicht weit weg. Check in und Check out waren super unkompliziert.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln
NyAppartement in modern nieuw gebouw bovenaan een steile helling.

Goede keuken met oven en afwasmachine.
Gereserveerde parkeerplaats werd ook gebruikt door anderen (iemand een Smart).
Oprit is niet te doen met scootmobiel en vanaf keldertoegang zijn er 14 traptreden naar de ingang op de begane grond; niet handig voor mindervaliden!
Waardeloze hoofdkussens, gevuld met brokken schuimrubber.
Somber appartement, erg veel donker grijs.
