The property is very well located in an especially quiet, private, and privileged area, just 5 minutes by car from the main beach of Roses, the market, the cinemas, the center of Roses, and about 800 meters from large shopping centers.
It is also very close to cultural sites of interest in the area.
You have access to a well-maintained and spacious 1000 m² garden, equipped with security cameras, fully fenced and protected, with fruit trees, olive trees, parking area, and barbecue, which are shared only with the second apartment on the property.
Both apartments are rented separately.
