The Sebastianus apartment is located in Unterinn Ritten, just a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Bolzano.
Enjoy a newly renovated interior and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps.
The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The private outdoor area offers a garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture, including sun loungers.
Wolfsgrubener Lake is a 5-minute drive away (3.3 km). The nearest restaurant and supermarket are a 5-minute walk (350 m), and the closest bakery is 620 m away.
Several cafés are within a 3-minute drive (1.5 km). Various hiking trails start right at your doorstep. The Renon Horn ski slopes are 15 minutes away by car and also offer beautiful hiking areas.
The ski bus stops 250 m away, runs every 30 minutes, and reaches the lifts in 20 minutes.
You are just a 5-minute walk from the village center with bus stop, shops, and restaurants. A parking garage is available.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests have access to a barrel sauna and a whirlpool, both available for an extra charge.
Self check-in with key box is possible.

We most enjoyed the view of the apartment. Waking up to mountains, forests and vineyards is a great way to start your day. The mattresses were very comfortable and the shower had perfect water pressure. The icing on the top were the cakes that waited us each morning.

Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und top sauber, der Parkplatz ist direkt daneben und man kann eine Sauna optional dazu buchen. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr nett und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Zum Abschied gab es selbst geerntete Äpfel, vielen lieben Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal :)
